On Thursday the 23/11/17 Jayden, Spencer, Sophie and myself went to conductive education to visit and ask if there was anything we could do to help out they said that we can come in and help out with the kids because it would give us experience working with disabled kids.

The action my group took was to go to conductive education to help out with the kids by pretty much doing what the adults need us to do.
The outcome of this was we got to see first hand what special needs cause to people and how they have their own little way of communicating

Once having received the plan we can act on our words and fulfill our promises and make a difference in the community	Once seeing conductive we can make a plan and we can act.
