PBL REFLECTION


when we started it was a bit of a rough start but we got there in the end because we worked together.
we reached our goal because we helped the people we want to and we got 1st equal

On Thursday the 23/11/17 Jayden, Spencer, Sophie and myself went to conductive education to visit and ask if there was anything we could do to help out they said that we can come in and help out with the kids because it would give us experience working with disabled kids.











04/12/17

The action my group took was to go to conductive education to help out with the kids by pretty much doing what the adults need us to do.
The outcome of this was we got to see first hand what special needs cause to people and how they have their own little way of communicating

Nightline 

It was a nice clear night and the stars were shining and we were all told to go into the hall because we were about to do some activities one of them was nightline and the other was solos.

I choose to do nightline because it sounded more mysterious than the solo so we started to go to the site but when we got there all we saw were blindfolds and a rope tied to the trees but we had to put the blindfolds on and find a partner and when we did we had to follow the rope, I started to follow the rope and all of a sudden I couldn’t find the rope anymore so I cruelled round then BAM I had just smash my head into a tree and I just collapsed in pain.

When I got up a hand was directing me to the rope and when I found the rope I also found my partner who I had left behind at the start but I thought he was behind me the whole time and he wasn’t happy but we were blindfolded how was I to know he behind me, but we kept on walking and it felt like ages but we started to feel the rope go down and then smash we hit a log and it did not feel nice and the worst part was we had to crawl under the log and the log was really really long and when I got to the other side of the log I had lost the rope again and couldn’t find my partner so I tried to yell for him and I got an answer but I couldn’t figure out what way he was because everyone else was yelling as well so it was very hard to find him.

It took me a few moments but he found me and he couldn’t find the rope ether so we had to call out for a leader to come and help us find the rope and it turned out the rope was a few metres away from us and we didn’t even know when we got to the rope we followed it for a while but then we started to go through some trees up a tree and going over logs but then we got to a tree that the rope wasn’t where we thought it would be, it was at the bottom of the tree as a bit of a troll and when we got it crash I rolled down a little hill that they didn’t tell us about and man did it hurt.

Me falling down that hill led me right to the end of the rope but when I got to the end I didn’t know and I was holding the rope but I couldn’t find the other piece and then I realised that I was at the end and that my partner wasn’t there yet so I helped him to find the end and when he had found the end we watched everyone else fail and try to find their way to the end and it was very funny.

Hunger games

Dear potential sponsor

My name is Jack and I am writing because I am going into the hunger games and I need some help from sponsors so that I can survive the hunger games and be the victor.

I have many abilities that I’m sure you would love to hear about them. I can turn my environment into a trap for any who dare try and get up close with me, I’m an excellent climber and can climb almost anything I find, I am a great shot with a bow and arrow and can hit my target wherever it may be no matter the obstacles or distance. I am a very good at martial art and can disarm my opponent with ease and I can camouflage myself into any environment by making a ghillie suit. i can hunt game twice the size of me for me poor starving family.

I am from district 12 and my district has had many losses in the mines and in the hunger games. We are the hardest working district because we never give up we can make a bad situation good just by using a little bit of time and effort, I never lose faith in my district because I know they will never let me down. The miners or district 12 have be had at work so we can get coal to keep our freezing families hard and dry at night.

Being a contestant has given me many mixed feelings. I have been scared, worried, excited, angry and many more but the emotion I feel the most is regret because I never saw what the outside world and never got to have any food that made think wow this is good but the thing I regret the most is not saying goodbye to my family and now I may never see them again but you can help me see them again. Will you help me see my family again.

You sponsoring me could be the best investment you have ever made and it would help for me to put on a good show for you and the rest of the capital but you could help me see the world and my family again so now it is up to you I hope you make the right choice.
